Having Good Energy Part 2🤍

In case you haven’t read it yet, check out part 1!
Now that you have read part one, let’s talk about good energy! Lately I have been making changes in my life to have good energy. Believe it or not, it has really changed everything. My mood is better, I have more energy, and over all I am happier. Here are 3 things I have been doing to achieve this<3

1. WAKE UP EARLY
Waking up early instantly brings a glow to your day. It’s good for your sleep, you get more done, and overall you feel better. BUT waking up earlier comes at a cost, you have to go to bed earlier. I recommend 8 hours of sleep, I use the sleep section on my phone (clock app) to keep track of this.

2. Breakfast 🍳
You’ve heard it before, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, if you make it right (; For a bright energy, eat bright fruit! I like to eat oranges and kiwi fruits. Along with fruit I recommend getting some protein too! Drink some milk, or eat an egg! Or a good vegan option is bëâñ

3. Meditation 🧘♂️
Meditation, along with stretching, is good for the mind and body; it gives you a chance to clear your mind and relax. I also find stretching helps because it relieves the muscles that might have been tightly wound. The world is so crazy and stressful all the time, but if you take a chance to clear your mind, you will have a chance to change that. Relax, and become one with the earth. 🌍
